RETURN POLICY

Mae Mae Care is owned and operated by Mae Mae Care GmbH.

This return policy applies to all products purchased through:

(Hereinafter referred to as “Mae Mae Care”).

Our return policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our shipping policy. We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time.

Returns are only made once the product has arrived at its destination and has been received by the purchaser, no returns are made on products that are in transit for delivery or have not yet been delivered.

By making a purchase through the website, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.


 

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1.1. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, that is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. 

1.2. Orders placed on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer a refund. 

1.3. Products on offer and purchased with promotional codes or based on a promotion or sweepstakes are not eligible for return.

 

2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

2.1. Returns must comply with the following conditions:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unopened, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged).

  • Products must have all tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.

  • Any items you have accepted and then returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you send the item back to us using a delivery service that will insure the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.

  • Mae Mae Care reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

2.2. To request a return please send us your return request via our contact information and you will receive instructions on how to return the product. 

2.3. Please note that if you request a return, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item and the cost of shipping the new product. If you request a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

3.1. We make every effort to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receipt of the product, it is defective, damaged or is the wrong product and you need to exchange the product for another product of the same reference or need a refund, please contact us through our contact information within 14 days of receipt of the product. Only in these cases we will assume the shipping costs.

3.2. The request for defective or damaged product must contain the following information:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.

  • Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).

 

4. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

4.1. Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions set forth in this policy, the package will be returned to the customer and shipping costs will be at your expense.

4.2. If your return has been accepted, you will receive a refund. The refund will be issued via the original payment method and will be issued within 5 business days of acceptance of the return. 

4.3. If the customer requests the return and refund of the product without any reason, the customer must pay the return shipping cost of the product and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

4.4. If the product is damaged, defective or is the wrong product, the shipping costs of returning the product and sending a new product to the customer will be borne by Mae Mae Care. If the customer requests a refund, the customer will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
