SHIPPING POLICY

(Hereinafter referred to as “Mae Mae Care”).
Thank you for shopping at Mae Mae Care, this shipping policy applies to all products offered and published by Mae Mae Care on the website:
Mae Mae Care is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
1. SHIPPING ZONES
1.1. Mae Mae Care delivers to the following countries:
• Zone 1: Germany
• Zone 2: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands
• Zone 3: Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Sweden
• Zone 4: Switzerland
1.2. All orders will be shipped via DHL and are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.).
1.3. For security reasons, Mae Mae Care will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will we accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
1.4. Mae Mae Care will only deliver to customers who have their usual residence (billing address) in the countries mentioned in this clause.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
2.1. Mae Mae Care offers free shipping on orders equal to or over 49 euros (Not applicable for DHL Express).
2.2. For orders under 49 euros, the following shipping rates will apply:
• Zone 1: 4.95 euros
• Zone 2: 5.95 euros
• Zone 3: 6.50 euros
• Zone 4: 9.95 euros
2.3. For our customers in Germany, we offer the DHL Express shipping option at a cost of 20 euros. We guarantee that orders placed before 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day, ensuring next day delivery. However, it is important to note that orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be processed and shipped the next business day.
2.4. We reserve the right to modify the shipping rates presented in our policy at any time and without prior notice. It should be noted that these rates are directly influenced by the costs established by the courier companies we work with. Therefore, any change in their rates may be reflected in our shipping rates.
2.5. Mae Mae Care may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at checkout.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
3.1. The estimated delivery time for each order is agreed individually or specified at checkout. In case no specific delivery time is specified at checkout, the standard delivery time will be three-five (3-5) working days, counted from the confirmation of receipt of the order.
3.2. Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4.00 PM (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
4. ORDER TRACKING
4.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order that you can track through DHL. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide in the DHL tracking system.
4.2. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact DHL and according to the tracking number provided or contact us via our contact information for further assistance and information.
5. CUSTOMS TAXES
5.1. Please note that for international orders (orders outside Germany) customs duties may apply depending on the customs legislation of each country.
5.2. The customer is responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may be imposed on his package upon entry into the destination country. Please check the customs situation in your country regarding the importation of goods and the collection of customs duties before placing an order, as Mae Mae Care cannot provide you with this information in a detailed and accurate manner.
5.3. Mae Mae Care is not responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may apply to your international orders, nor for packages returned or undelivered due to non-payment of such duties. Payment of any duties that may apply to your order is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
5.4. For orders from Switzerland, packages with a total value (including cost of goods and shipping costs) of up to 62.5 Swiss francs are exempt from customs charges. If the total value exceeds this figure, the courier service will apply both the Swiss VAT of 7.7% and a handling fee. It is important to note that we cannot provide an exact calculation of these additional costs, as they are determined by Swiss customs.
6. DELAYS
6.1. Mae Mae Care is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Mae Mae Care is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
7.1. If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
8.1. Mae Mae Care will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current and accurate delivery address.
8.2. If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our premises, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.
9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
9.1. Mae Mae Care recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Mae Mae Care is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.
10. SHIPPING COMPLETED
10.1. Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Mae Mae Care makes the product available to the customer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
